Please choose carefully because we cannot accept returns or exchanges on cd�s or dvd�s unless damaged during delivery. In order to facilitate a refund or exchange of damaged goods, we must have all postage packaging returned with the damaged item to be able issue a refund or replacement. To avoid return postage costs, keep all packaging and write 'Return To Sender' on the package (make sure our address is clear on the back). You must return goods within 14 days. Please contact us first with any questions and confirmation before sending goods back to us. Clothing must not be worn or washed before returns. Any clothing that's been used will not be acceptable as a return. Any returned goods will be refunded, credited or replaced upon our review, please contact us first with any questions before sending goods back to us. We do NOT store credit card information locally and all credit card transactions are handled by the bank through our secure processing gateway. Email addresses may be used in our own MusicPlug newsletter database to send shop updates and specials to you. This newsletter will include unsubscribe links at the bottom for removing your email from our newsletter database.
