Order Receipt & Delivery Time
When you place your order with MusicPlug.com.au we will aim to have your order in the mail within 24 hours of receiving payment.
The time for complete delivery will depend on your location and your postal service.
When your order is processed, you will receive an order number and invoice emailed to your address. Please hold these details until
your order arrives.

It�is�your�obligation�to�enter�the�correct�delivery�address�details�at�the�time�of�ordering.��
Should�you�enter�the�wrong�information,�we�are�not�obliged�to�re-send the�order�to�the�correct�address�at�our�expense.�
If�an�item�has�been�lost�in�transit,�replacement�items�will�be�dispatched�according�to�our�discretion.�

Shipping Methods & Costs
All orders are shipped via Australian Post with shipping costs calculated automatically by Australian Post based on the total weight of your order.
Orders can be shipped via Regular Post or Express Post.
International orders can be shipped via Regular Air Post or via Express Post International.

Australian Delivery Time Estimates
Regular Post: Allow 2-10 days for delivery
Express Post: Australia Post guarantees next day delivery to postcodes within the Australia Post Next Day Delivery Network,
but given the time taken to process orders please allow 1-2 days for delivery

International Delivery Time Estimates
International orders are sent by regular air mail. Cost is calculated based on your location and the weight of the items in your cart.
Please note that international delivery times rely heavily on each countries own mail service.
New Zealand approx. 3-10 working days
Other Countries 1 � 10 weeks

Express Post International
Please�note�that�it�can�take�up�to�8�weeks�for�international�delivery�in�extreme�cases.��If�you�require�fast�delivery,�you�have�the�option�
to�send�the�goods�by�International�Express�Post�.��The�advantage�of�opting�for�International�Express�Post�is��the�package�receives�priority�
service�during�transit�and�can�be�tracked�if�delays�are�experienced.�You�are�also�compensated�if�the�package�is�damaged�or�lost�during�transit.��

International Customs Charges
Some countries may hold items for inspection or charge extra customs duty charges before delivery. We cannot know if or when that will
happen and are not responsible for any extra fees charged by local customs.

Special Items Shipping
Some items will have extra shipping costs applied to them because of their weight or packing requirements. Items such as Vinyl albums
which require extra packaging or Posters which require tubes. If the shipping costs are much higher than usual for these items, it will be
noted on the product page. It may work out cheaper to make separate orders instead of bundling other products with a special item order
to save on postage costs.
