Not only are their packaging materials minimized and 100% recyclable, but the envelopes reduce the tarnishing effect on the strings.
Australia Post costs are always rising but your order will be capped at $20 Regular or $25 Express within Australia so if you want to save money, order multiple items in a single order if you find your shipping costs have reached that level.
'In Stock' Items
If a product is listed as 'In Stock' at the time of ordering, we will aim to have it processed and shipping within 24 hours. Most orders will be sent same day if ordered before 2pm EST. You will receive an email confirmation once it ships.
'Pre-Order' Items
If a product is listed as 'Pre-Order' it means you can order and pay for your item now and it will ship as soon as stock arrives. A shipping estimate date will be listed on 'Pre-Order' product page. When ordering extra 'in stock' items along with a pre-order, we may send everything at once so if you can't wait then make the pre-order separately. You will receive an email confirmation once pre-orders ship. Please then allow for standard Australia Post delivery times.
Digital Downloads
Digital downloads will be available instantly after completing the checkout if paid with PayPal/Credit Card.
You must choose PayPal/credit card to receive an instant download. Paying via money order will keep your order on hold until payment is received, once we receive your payment the order status will be updated and your download link will be sent via email.
You can download the item up to 3 times over 24 hours until the link expires - this is to help with any slow connections or drop outs. If you still didn't get it in time, contact us for an extension. All links are unique and generated for each order.

Shipping Times
Within Australia: Most parcels are delivered within 2 - 5 working days. Express Post can be next day - 2 days.
International: Delivery times vary depending on each country as local postal services will make the final delivery. Most parcels will be 5 - 14 working days but may be longer depending on circumstances out of our control.

Our vinyls are shipped in specially designed cardboard packaging for safe transport of records and we've had great success shipping vinyls all over the world with this packaging.
