Delivery

 

All products are shipped via Australia Post or Sendle.

All prices are in Australian dollars ($AUD)

All parcels will have a tracking number & orders will be updated when they are posted and an email will be sent with tracking information.

A parcel is considered delivered if the Post says it has been received via tracking.

For higher valued orders we may include 'signature on delivery' so the post won't leave it without receipt. 

Shipping Times

Within Australia: Most parcels are delivered within 3 - 7 working days from receipt of your tracking notification.
Due to COVID delays, allow for a longer wait time than usual as the postal service may run into ever changing restrictions.

International: Delivery times vary depending on each country as local postal services will make the final delivery. Most parcels will be 7 - 28 working days but may be longer if local post is slow. Due to COVID delays, expect a longer wait time than usual as international shipping to some locations can be slow.

All international Taxes and Import duties are the responsibility of the buyer, we are not responsible for any extra charges you may incur from your local government or customs. 

 

Our vinyls are shipped in specially designed cardboard packaging designed for safe transport. If your record does arrive damaged from it's postal journey, please take photos of the packaging and the damage to the record and Contact Us immediately. We will need this information to appeal to the postal service.

Orders

If you believe your order should have arrived, please contact us and we'll investigate where it is with Australia Post and let you know what the best options are.

Do not contact PayPal since they can't help find missing orders. In most cases where mail is late, it arrives shortly after we lodge an investigation with the Post or it is returned to us as undeliverable and has made a round trip back to us. Contact Us if you need help.

Please contact us if there are any issues regarding your order. Please quote your order number and any other relevant details so we can find your order and provide an answer.

Damaged during delivery? Items with damage should be photographed and all packaging including parcel packaging should be kept. On the rare chance a postal service will damage a parcel in transit, having photographic proof will help us lodge an appeal with the Post and solve the problem. We will do our best to fix the problem with a replacement or refund.

Wrong Size? If you have ordered or received clothing that is the wrong size, please contact us so we can advise options. Sometimes an alternative size will be sold out but a larger/smaller size may be very close and suitable as a replacement.

Damaged items will be replaced or refunded. They may need to be returned first depending on the product.
Please take photos as soon as possible so we can design the best remedy. Keep all packaging including postage packaging.

CDs / DVDs can not be exchanged.

Clothing can be returned if not worn. Please contact us first if you have a problem with any clothing and we'll advise on the best options for a return / replacement.

We always do our best to refund / replace / exchange when possible so please contact us if you have any issues.

Payment

Payments can be made via PayPal, Shopify Checkout (various credit card types), Apple Pay.

You can use a Credit Card with either PayPal or Shopify Checkout or you can use PayPal without a credit card if you have funds available in your PayPal account.
