Shipping, Delivery & Returns FAQ
Delivery
All products are shipped via Australia Post.
All prices are in Australian dollars ($AUD)
When you place your order we will aim to have your parcel in the mail within 24 hours of receiving payment.
Shipping Times
Within Australia: Most parcels are delivered within 2 - 5 working days.
Due to COVID delays, expect a longer wait time than usual.
International: Delivery times vary depending on each country as local postal services will make the final delivery. Most parcels will be 5 - 14 working days but may be longer if local post is slow. Due to COVID delays, expect a longer wait time than usual.
Our vinyls are shipped in specially designed cardboard packaging designed for safe transport and we've had great success shipping vinyls all over the world with this packaging. If your record does arrive damaged from it's postal journey, please take photos of the packaging and the damage to the record and Contact Us immediately. We will need this information to appeal to the postal service.
Orders
If you believe your order should have arrived, please contact us and we'll investigate where it is with Australia Post and let you know what the best options are.
Do not contact PayPal since they can't help find missing orders. In most cases where mail is late, it arrives shortly after we lodge an investigation with the Post or it is returned to us as undeliverable and has made a round trip back to us. Contact Us if you need help.
Please contact us if there are any issues regarding your order. Please quote your order number and any other relevant details so we can find your order and provide an answer.
Damaged during delivery? Items with damage should be photographed and all packaging including parcel packaging should be kept. On the rare chance a postal service will damage a parcel in transit, having photographic proof will help us lodge an appeal with the Post and solve the problem. We will do our best to fix the problem with a replacement or refund.
Wrong Size? If you have ordered or received clothing that is the wrong size, please contact us so we can advise options. Sometimes an alternative size will be sold out but a larger/smaller size may be very close and suitable as a replacement.
Damaged items will be replaced or refunded. They may need to be returned first depending on the product.
Please take photos as soon as possible so we can design the best remedy. Keep all packaging including postage packaging.
CDs / DVDs can not be exchanged.
Clothing can be returned if not worn. Please contact us first if you have a problem with any clothing and we'll advise on the best options for a return / replacement.
We always do our best to refund / replace / exchange when possible so please contact us if you have any issues.
Payment
Payments can be made via PayPal, Shopify Checkout or Cryptocoins.
You can use a Credit Card with either PayPal or Shopify Checkout or you can use PayPal without a credit card if you have funds available in your PayPal account.
You do not need a Coinbase account to pay with Crypto, you can send from any wallet that contains BitCoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), LiteCoin (LTC), Ethereum (ETH). Note: we do not charge or control any fees your wallet may generate. Each coin has it's own fee structure which may change depending on the coins network load at the time of use.
At the payment stage of Checkout, select 'Coinbase | Commerce' and just like Paypal, you will be directed to our Coinbase checkout where you can select which coin you would like to use. Payment will take a couple minutes to confirm and you will be re-directed back to your MusicPlug checkout for receipt. If you purchased digital downloads, they will be ready to download on the receipt page (and links will also emailed to you).
Bitcoin Cash (BCH) is available, thou the icon doesn't show in the checkout at the moment. You may require address conversion depending on which wallet you are using to send from. Some wallets will only recognise BCH legacy addresses at the moment, this should change with future updates to wallets but for now it's easy to convert at https://cashaddr.bitcoincash.org/
If you want to pay with Bitcoin Cash (BCH) but you are in doubt which address to use, or if your wallet won't recognise & send to the Coinbase BCH address then follow these instructions:
1. Cut & Paste the Coinbase BCH checkout address when you are ready to pay.
2. Go to https://cashaddr.bitcoincash.org/
3. In the top bar, paste the address you just copied.
4. Click convert
5. Click the 'Legacy' tab and copy the new generated address.
6. In your wallet, send to this new 'Legacy' address. This is the same address that coinbase is asking for, just formatted differently.
Here are some popular wallets we've tested already for BCH:
Exodus (desktop) - Use Legacy conversion.
Jaxx.io (mobile/desktop) - Use Legacy conversion.
Bitcoin.com (mobile/desktop) - OK, no conversion needed.
er crypto gateways that offer a wider selection do not have a Shopify plugin to allow us to use them, we hope this changes in 2018.
As soon as the Crypto Gateway merchants update their API for Shopify, we will also update our crypto payment options to allow a wider choice.
