Sneaky Weasel Gang
| The Sneaky Weasel Gang are the 2009 WAMI award winners for the "Best Funk Act" in Western Australia. The raucous trio combine a simmering mix of 60s type garage blues and dirty funk that's heavily based around a good groove and guitar, and is instrumentally influenced by organ, bass and drum instrumental groups like Booker T, the MGs and the Meters. Talented well beyond their years the 22 year olds have been firmly cementing their new identity within WA and Australia over the past 2 years & plan to make 2009 their year of their young lives. |
