| Indigenous singer/songwriter/filmaker, Richard Frankland and the Charcoal Club (music for burnt out blacks and singed whites) latest CD is titled CRY FREEDOM. The Charcoal Club are Richard Frankland, Andy Baylor, Monica Weightman, Aurora Kurth, Rosanne Hunt, Andrew O'Grady and Harry Lye. CRY FREEDOM features 12 original blues/acoustic songs by Richard Frankland and the band including a new studio version of the title track CRY FREEDOM which was recorded at Metropolis Studios and was produced with funding support by the Australian Government through the Australia Council, its arts and advisory body and Arts Victoria.
