MusicPlug accepts a variety of payment methods to complete your order.

Credit Card Payments
Credit Cards, along with Paypal are the best options for payment to secure your order. All Credit Card & Paypal orders are confirmed and paid upon receipt after checkout and processed within 24 hours to have your items in the post as soon as possible. We use a dedicated and secure payment gateway to process credit card orders and do not store details on our server. Click here for more about MusicPlug security.
Paypal
By selecting Paypal as your payment method you will be taken to the Paypal page to login and complete your payment. Once completed Paypal will return you to the MusicPlug site and a receipt will be sent to your provided e-mail address from MusicPlug to confirm the order has been received and also from Paypal to confirm a payment has been made.
Australian Bank or Postal Money Order
This option is for Australian residents only due to currency exchange rates and bank fees making international money orders too expensive to process. When using this option your order will not be complete or sent until MusicPlug receives your payment first. To send your payment, print your order receipt e-mailed to you after checkout or quote your order number when sending your money order.
Money orders can be purchased from any Australian Bank or any Australian Post Office.

Coupons & Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are issued by MusicPlug for refunds or exchanges when a store credit is agreed upon.
Coupon codes for discounts are issued to MusicPlug account holders, twitter followers and newsletter subscribers.

MusicPlug uses GeoTrust to secure orders made with credit cards.

Web Browser Options & Security
MusicPlug uses Macs to design and manage our web site and to handle our back end accounts. We strongly believe Macs offer much more security and performance than Windows based PCs, although we understand Windows is currently used by the majority of customers.
Unfortunately the web browser, Windows Explorer, is NOT the best web browser to use if your concerned with security or performance on the internet in general.
We strongly recommend Internet Explorer users try switching web browsers to Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome - all free downloads and all far superior in web security.!
