Shipping & Returns
All products are shipped via Australia Post.
All prices are in Australian dollars ($AUD), if you select a different currency via the currency converter, use it as a guide only as the final price on your statement could be different depending on currency conversion rates. You will only be billed in $AUD.
After completing the checkout process, you will be emailed a receipt of your order from MusicPlug & if your order contains digital downloads you will receive an email with your download links.
Please make note your order number on the MusicPlug receipt.
Postage costs are based on weight & dimensions according to Australia Post costs and can be calculated in the View Cart page in advance.
Within Australia: Most parcels are delivered within 2 - 5 working days. Express Post can be next day - 2 days.
International: Delivery times vary depending on each country as local postal services will make the final delivery. Most parcels will be 5 - 14 working days but may be longer if local post is slow.
Vinyl Records Shipping
Our vinyls are shipped in specially designed cardboard packaging designed for safe transport and we've had great success shipping vinyls all over the world with this packaging.
Where is My Order?
If you believe your order should have arrived, please contact us and we'll investigate where it is with Australia Post and let you know what the best options are.
Do not contact PayPal since they can't help find missing orders. In most cases where mail is late, it arrives shortly after we lodge an investigation with the Post or it is returned to us as undeliverable and has made a round trip back to us.

Problems With Your Shipment?
Please contact us if there are any issues regarding your order.
Please quote your order number and any other relevant details so we can find your order and provide an answer.
Damaged during delivery? Items with damage should be photographed and all packaging including parcel packaging should be kept. On the rare chance a postal service will damage a parcel in transit, having photographic proof will help us lodge an appeal with the Post and solve the problem. We will do our best to fix the problem with a replacement or refund.
Wrong Size? If you have ordered or received clothing that is the wrong size, please contact us so we can advise options. Sometimes an alternative size will be sold out but a larger/smaller size may be very close and suitable as a replacement.
Returns & Exchanges
Damaged items will be replaced or refunded. They may need to be returned first depending on the product.
Please take photos as soon as possible so we can design the best remedy.
Keep all packaging including postage packaging.
CDs / DVDs can not be exchanged.
Clothing can be returned if not worn. Please contact us first if you have a problem with any clothing and we'll advise on the best options for a return / replacement.
We always do our best to refund / replace / exchange when possible so please contact us if you have any issues.
