Shipping Info

When you place your order with MusicPlug we will aim to have your order in the mail within 24 hours of receiving payment.
After completing the checkout process, you will be emailed a receipt of your order.
Please make note your order number.

Postage costs are based on weight & dimensions according to Australia Post costs and can be calculated in the View Cart page in advance.

Australian Delivery

Regular Post (no tracking)

Parcel Post: Allow 3-10 days for delivery.

Cheaper shipping option for small and lighter items under 250g only (eg: stickers or 1 CD)
There is NO tracking available for this shipping option so we can not guarantee delivery once we've posted your item.
If you want to track your item then select Parcel Post with tracking so we can help with tracking down deliveries and follow up with the Australian Post.

Parcel Post (with tracking) - most popular option

Parcel Post: Allow 2-10 days for delivery.

Cheaper option than Express Post with many areas deliverable within a couple days.
Benefits include full tracking of your parcel.
Tracking number will be sent via email with confirmation your parcel has been posted.

Express Post (most expensive for larger/heavier orders)

Express Post: Australia Post guarantees next day delivery to postcodes within the Australia Post Next Day Delivery Network, but given the time taken to process orders please allow 1-3 days for delivery. Far North Australia may take longer and selecting Parcel Post with tracking might save a few dollars without much difference in delivery time.

The Express Post network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and post offices boxes.
Delivery outside this network will receive the fastest possible delivery using existing transport links.

International Delivery

NOTE: International delivery times ultimately depend on your country and your local postal service completing the service, except Express Courier door-to-door.

Custom Charges: Some countries may hold items for inspection or charge extra customs duty charges before final delivery. We cannot know if or when that will happen. MusicPlug can not be responsible for any extra fees charged by local customs.

Some countries are not available for delivery due to poor postal services at those locations. If your country isn't listed at checkout as a delivery destination, Please contact us.

Unfortunately we can no longer ship to Brasil due to too many stolen packages from the Brasil postal service, even couriered orders have been stolen before delivery so we have been forced to remove Brasil from our shipping destinations until further notice. Please contact us if you have any questions about delivery to Brasil.

Air Mail - NON-TRACKED OPTION

Delivery to over 200 countries in 3 to 10 weeks between metropolitan areas of major cities.
NOTE: Without any proof of delivery confirmation or tracking, we can not guarantee delivery using this method. If your order is lost or never delivered we may not be able to replace it. If in doubt, use Registered International or Express Courier for guaranteed delivery.

Registered International - SIGN ON DELIVERY (not tracked)

Registered Post International Parcels offers an added security service for merchandise items, proof of posting, and a signature on delivery.
Reliable delivery to 159 countries* within 3 to 10 business days between metropolitan areas of major cities.

Express Courier - FULL TRACKING & SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY

While the more expensive of the 3 options, this is the best option for large orders.

It offers reliable door-to-door delivery of parcels to over 190 destinations within 2 to 4 business days between metropolitan areas of major cities.*
